Unsolved BO2 Jiggy v4.5 Not Loading

So, I have out all of the right files in all of the folders, When I load up Black Ops 2, it doesn't seem to load, can I have some help please?

All of the .gsc files, i put them in my folder with gametypes, i put _rank.gsc in gametypes

I was asking for the names of the files and where you put them.
Maybe provide a gif/image(s) of your raw folder to show what's in there? Or just type.

And you do have The Tesseract installed, right?
