So im using the evade bypass with the new infernus offline files. I can join public matches but it does not let me join someone game off invite or session at all? What do I do to fix this

That has nothing to do with the bypass/server.
You need real gold in order to join someones invite, and or session in progress.

Exactly as S Sombra said.
You need real Xbox Live Gold to join games.
