someone is selling a iPhone 7 Plus 128gb for 300 dollars. It is blacklisted. Someone got the phone, didn’t pay the bill, and then sold it to him.
Can anything be done with blacklisted phones?

My cousin got one a few years ago and got in contact with Apple, they tried to fix it for him but ended up getting him to send in the phone and sent him a new one.

If they were usable they wouldn't be blacklisted in the first place.
No, unless you can send it to Apple with original proof of purchase, they'll give you a new one...

In fact you are wrong. In the UK when a phone is blacklisted if the phone is unlocked to all networks send it abroad / sell it on eBay abroad and state it will only work in country’s out side you’re country.! Pop one of there SIM cards in and you’ll be good to use it over there !

Example : a iPhone x contact didn’t pay the bill so now says no service?

What to do?? : send it to turkey and let them use it over there with there SIM card in the device. (It works) have done it.

lmfao!

I never once said it wouldn't work outside of the country it origins from. doing that is more hassle than it's worth IMO.
Also, it's your country.
And, if you're stupid enough to get a phone blacklisted, you're stupid enough to go out and buy another.

OP; good luck.
