Got a question, if I buy the Digital copy with the Xbox one, would I be able to download it with the 360 also? Some of my friends are still on the 360 that's the reason I would like to know or do I have to buy it also for the Xbox 360.

No, If I buy COD: Ghosts on the 360 will I get it free on the xbox one? Nope.
If I buy Cod: Ghosts X360 at gamestop will I get it free for xbox one? Nope.

No. Purchases, downloads, DLC, etc... on Xbox One and Xbox 360 are completely separate, unless stated otherwise by the developers. They are almost two entirely different consoles despite being able to message friends on 360 and have backwards compatibility for some games. So yes, you would also have to buy it for the 360.
