BIG file problem

I absolutely screwed up BIG time and I hope this can be fixed.
When i was getting a patch from deany95 my retarded mind changed how the file opens so it looks like this:

Other than this:

You know what i mean? Its really frustrating.

right click on it, open with, then choose a program.

so cant you just right click it and choose open with and then choose the correct program like this

If in Windows 7 go to default programs and settings and make sure File has no default program.

right click on it, open with, then choose a program.

I am doing that, but i need to open it as "Windows Shell Commor" or "Windows Shell Common" or something like that.
and its not letting me open as that
