Solved Best tools to use to spoof jtag IP & MAC

Long story short I got IP banned back in November lost my jtags, retail 360, account and Xbox one suspended, I am starting to MOD again but need to not get IP banned lol, any help?

I don't know of any free VPN's that will work for what you want to do.
