Do you have any guides on manual cleanup because im wondering what its likeAny expert in the computer world will tell you doing it manually is always the best.
Although in my experiences,
System Mechanic & Advanced system optimizer were on the top 1 & 2 every time.
CCleaner is the best in my opinion. It's lightweight, it's straightforward and it gets the job done. You don't even really need a system utility though, just find one that appeals to you. If you want barebones functionality then CCleaner is my recommendation, although you already mentioned that you have tried it.
