Hi,

I am on the market looking for a Laptop around £750.

I'm wanting one that has the best specs for the money, that also looks quite nice.
I've found that gaming laptops tend to have the best spec for the money, or at least it seems that way.

I don't necessarily plan on gaming on the laptop, I just want something that will last me a while, and is worth my hard earned cash.

Thank you,
James

What exactly would you do with your laptop? If you're not going to game on it, no point in getting a gaming laptop, it would be a waste of money and it wouldnt be as portable as a thin and light.

For gaming this is the best laptop you could get for 750: https://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/comp...00-15-6-gaming-laptop-black-10164852-pdt.html

You could get a pretty decent macbook air aswell: https://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/comp...apple-macbook-air-13-3-2017-10165823-pdt.html

Or the best overall laptop for your budget: https://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/comp...-15-5570-15-6-laptop-silver-10169864-pdt.html

I'd recommend the last one, it has the best CPU of the bunch, a decent GPU and is pretty thin! It also comes with Dirt 4, which would be a nice little gift for me to thank me for the help

Thank you!

It would be for general use mainly CPU not GPU, although gaming could be a nice addition.

I'm currently debating between buying myself a new computer or laptop at this point, but I will keep you informed
