Wouldn't using a vehicle with two tone work better, idk how you're suppose to tell what's what with a Pisswasser Dominator?Buying the pisswasser dominator over the car then changing the wheel type

It seems the best place to find them maybe the agency, on a fresh account. I tested on one and found 2 wheel slots. 3 or 4 wheel and pearl slots. And 2 primary slots.I tested my whole arena at once, and didn't find a single wheel slot
its your slot. remember, its not slot 6, its the slot the car is on. you can buy a new car on it, move it to arena, etc, and the results will be the same. do not do primary and secondary at once.Just to clarify, when I paint the car primary and secondary, then hover over the metal I want, go to c2, apply crew. C1 accept paint t I was hovering over. Repeat process for secondary. I didn't apply crew on c1 at all, and my texture I pic for c2 is spread to the whole car and everything unselected. I've been able to do this twice at the auto shop in slot 6.
Is this the outcome I want? My current crew color is pure black for the patriot smoke, and it doesn't show up on either car's paintjob I've made.
No you need something that comes with a wheel color and consistent paint job , the mirrors on that car are the secondary(icewhite).Wouldn't using a vehicle with two tone work better, idk how you're suppose to tell what's what with a Pisswasser Dominator?
I bought a fresh agency on my alt (hadn't owned one previously) and tested every slot by buying an elegy, painting everything on each one and go to c2 to buy sprunk Buffalo over each, back to c1 and changed armor and tire text.It seems the best place to find them maybe the agency, on a fresh account. I've heard that on fresh accounts the agency slots are always the same, I personally don't know.
Maybe I'll do more testing and make a video. There's other glitches that can be manipulated to reset the slots on an account, but you lose all properties and cars.
I personally filled my agency with all in game colored vehicles. Ie no types of crew colors.I bought a fresh agency on my alt (hadn't owned one previously) and tested every slot by buying an elegy, painting everything on each one and go to c2 to buy sprunk Buffalo over each, back to c1 and changed armor and tire text.
Came back and lots of the buffalo's kept the tire text and tire type, but no color. No primary and secondary paint either. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if I just don't have a slot there. Also sprunk Buffalo doesn't have a pearl so maybe I should buy different test vehicle.
Ah, tomorrow I will test the agency again, and this time I will change the wheels in c1 after I am done on c2.I personally filled my agency with all in game colored vehicles. Ie no types of crew colors.
Then I loaded in and bought surfers on c2. Then I left.
Then on c1 I changed their armor, the rims to street rims, and added a tire design.
Then I loaded back in, all the rims should be alloy color, this is because the wheel color will come from what you receive, dupe, purchase, etc... On to the car with the paint.
A true wheel color magic slot would have the primary, secondary, and pearl color, from the original car, the one you buy over.
So you then can receive a car with the wheel color you want, over a car with the paint you want, and do the same things in the mod shop, and you should get the wheel color, with the paint you want. I can tell you that crew paints will have weird outcomes. I'm sure they are predictable. More testing to come.
Make sure when you change the wheels, that you change rim type. So if it's sport, make sure you choose a rim that's not sport.Ah, tomorrow I will test the agency again, and this time I will change the wheels in c1 after I am done on c2.
Will do. I guess I was looking for different color wheels before, but your explanation makes more sense.Make sure when you change the wheels, that you change rim type. So if it's sport, make sure you choose a rim that's not sport.
The name is very confusing. Technically you want a primary, secondary, and pearl slot. Trust me, I was looking for the same thing as you when I first started trying to understand slots. Will do. I guess I was looking for different color wheels before, but your explanation makes more sense.
I did have 1 sprunk Buffalo retain the primary and secondary of the original car on a separate character, but I somehow misplaced it.
I am gonna test this slot again with the slot test technique tomorrow. It might be the sprunk Buffalo I had lost earlier that I suspect is my primary/secondary/pearl slot.its your slot. remember, its not slot 6, its the slot the car is on. you can buy a new car on it, move it to arena, etc, and the results will be the same. do not do primary and secondary at once.
OK, I tested the whole agency again. I have 3 slots that keep primary/secondary and pearl (slot 2, 12 and 20). However, on these 3 slots, the primary becomes unselected, and the secondary is split in 2. What I mean is I used the classic paint category for both prim/sec, primary was bright purple, and the secondary I used was straw brown. But after the test, in classics category it is showing as gold, and at the same time in the metallic category, it shows as straw brown. Weird. The name is very confusing. Technically you want a primary, secondary, and pearl slot. Trust me, I was looking for the same thing as you when I first started trying to understand slots.
I thought you had to check them each due to the saves each time you change something on a car . ?I tested my whole arena at once, and didn't find a single wheel slot
No. I just did my whole agency this morning. Filled with elegys, changed the paint in the mod shop on primary/secondary and pearl on all of them. Lock c1 then I loaded c2 and purchased surfs over the elegys. And log out.I thought you had to check them each due to the saves each time you change something on a car . ?
Yeah, so the ones that take primary, secondary and pearl, are wheel slots. The ones that take primary and secondary are wheel and pearl slots. And as I'm sure you can tell, you can use the ones that only take primary to make custom 2 tones.No. I just did my whole agency this morning. Filled with elegys, changed the paint in the mod shop on primary/secondary and pearl on all of them. Lock c1 then I loaded c2 and purchased surfs over the elegys. And log out.
Back to c1, changed the armor, wheel type and added tire text on each one individually. Once done get an outfit save and quit and unlock console.
Loaded back in and I had lots of surfs take the color of primary, but only a few took primary, secondary and pearl.
I don't see it imperative to change the armor and tire design. Just changing the rim, it has the same effect.I personally filled my agency with all in game colored vehicles. Ie no types of crew colors.

I didn't say it's necessary. I said that it's what I did and know works. No where have I said that more is necessary. I haven't tested changing only the rim. If that's enough, do it. I'm simply trying to get people who haven't been able to find their slots, finding them.I don't see it imperative to change the armor and tire design. Just changing the rim, it has the same effect.
Wasn't meaning to be rude, just letting you know. It's just two less things to worry about lolI didn't say it's necessary. I said that it's what I did and know works. I've learned alot from all of you, and the time you all spend helping the community means alot even if nobody expresses it. I can't say I've really discovered much that might lead to something, but I've definitely passed on the info you all have shared to the next person to help them as well. You are all good, I just wonder sometimes if some of you realize how much of helped you guys through my testing on GTA and what I've been willing to share from my testing.
