Can you use your pc to do this and not even need a second console?

They were talking about using Xbox game streaming as an alternative to a second console. I don't think GTA is available for streaming anymore. So, I don't think you can do it now.

I made around 600 million from this and haven't been reset. I transferred over PS5 without issue

I'd assume that you asking for a way to purchase chips faster, not deposit them. There's no limit on the amount you can deposit.

i think that ppl literally afk getting chips. I personally was collecting chips on an account since the spmp chip glitch. Glitches come in variations, i figured at some point they would be useful. You can gamble for chips, if you enjoy it.
