1. NOBODY on this forum mods their console JUST to play backups. They do it to play games that they don't own.

Stop *****ing people, apparently someone got banned for a fan mod, it was on kotaku and ms responded by saying hardware modifications are against the TOS. But seriously be thankful that MS aren't as extreme as nintnedo who destroy a console if its modified. This is also proof that any lawsuit will not win, MS has more money than nintnedo and nintendo kill the console yet people havent won lawsuits against them so winning them against ms is VERY slim.
