Xbox 360 Banned From EA servers, if i make new XBL Account will i still be banned?

I made a new account and i couldn't even connect to the servers to purchase a new or even enter a se'd code, however i could play BF3 (EA) and i couldn't on my banned account. Unless there is something i need to do?

I made a new GT changed it to my old one and i was still banned, it was probably the reason haha. I've spoke to EA support and apparently that's the reason but i'm not too sure i believe it

Make a new GT and a totally new EA account as well. Dont use anything from your old GT or EA account.

But you need to pay for the online if you do? or is it free if you make another account Xbox live account?

all i did was make a new GT and use a new e-mail for Ea account
