The only tool that was out has not been updated.
Although you can get the elite variants for them in this method.

This is only for regular supply drops, for advanced ones you can just set the level to 20, 30, 40, and 50 then prestige and redo the process. Also for the advanced supply drops you have to make sure that the account has never been maxed prestige before other wise it will not work.
