Solved Avatar Modding...Not loading.

So I modded my avatar's color in HxD, then I used Hash Block Calculator, and I resigned with the latest Modio. Then I loaded it into my Xbox, when I logged in, it was still normal colors, so I went into "Customize Avatar" And I changed his shoes...quit and save....still nada. Turned off my xbox and back on, same.
Will someone tell me if I am doing something wrong?

Are the values in the RED BOXES the one I should be modding? Because I modded those to DIFFERENT values than what they are now, and they are just back to normal :S
So I would really appreciate it if someone could help...thanks
