Auto Stand-by using Zone Alarm

I just started bridging and I used auto stand-by for the first game with a 2-1 and it did fine. Then the second game I tried a different setting and got host banned. Does anybody know the max you can do without getting banned, or the setting you prefer best that hasn't gotten you banned yet.
