It definitely seems so as a few of the locations I've been using for a long time now suddenly became insta death within the last week. Either that or they were posted on YouTube and R* patched them to be insta death now.

At least one of them I just found within the last month.

They even patched the trick of switching to Franklin and canceling to give u a four second protection from death barriers

Try starting a vip/CEO job first. That should give you 20 mins or so under there if it still works

Damn. I just found one in the unfinished section of the subway maybe a month or two ago too. I tried it last night and it seemed to put me into one of the subway tunnels above there rather than even letting me into the underworld now.
