It’s patched with the following :

When you accept and decline and press square on the last step it will spawn you in the main character I even tried a workaround with the creator which worked before this patch and it seems it brings you to main character eitherways

If it still works for you and you dont mind being patched try restarting console/game then try but this is patched as of todays patch....unless there was a workaround found in the last 3 hours...
