Just wondering if anyone else on here is participating in the ludum dare this weekend.
For those of you who don't know what it is, its a 48(or 72) hour game programming competition. Basically you have that much time to start a game from scratch and finish it. There's no prizes or anything, its mostly for learning and fun.
Its a really practice for a beginning developer, it helps you meet a release deadline and teach you how to manage your time on a real project.
If you do participate you should post your game in this thread so that we can check it out.
