My apologies, seems seems i didnt really explain enough, I mean is it like a midnight release or is it released at like midday on the 28th

Ah. That isn't specified. Do you have any knowledge of the times of release for previous games? If you do, it'll probably be similar. I'd imagine it'd be released at midnight though.
