Anyone know how to fix this?

The Microsoft account I linked with my new Windows 8 laptop is banned on Xbox Live and now I can't even sign into half the apps on Windows 8...is there anyway t sign into this apps with a different account?

Here's what pops up every time I sign into an app dealing with Xbox:
