Do you have the digital version or physical copy?
Normally I just sign out of xbl wait a moment and try again.

Yeah I have to admit I did have a few occasions where I've been signed out of ea and clicked reconnect but nothing changed. If your real eager to play I would firstly sign out of your profile hit the dashboard hit test connection after its complete reset your console sign into your profile and try again. I have had problems with ea where I have to sign in during the start up loading screen in order to play.
