Discussion Anybody know anything about the 360 filesystem?

I have the current goal of developing an osx modkit.
Currently I am working on the HDD explorer

Full read/extract/directory browsing is complete
Write will take me another 10 minutes of work, however i am getting some weird issues

On Partition 3 as you know it(actually partition 5) i am getting things like files that their name length is corupted so - miindexyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

And things like a $SystemUpdate Folder that shouldent exist and isnt actually a directory

Anybody seen things like this before?

I supose Xplorer360 has a hardcoded fix

Actually $SystemUpdate on Partition 3 is valid and should be a directory. In that folder will often be the update package for the most recent version the 360 was updated to, a file likely named: su20076000_00000000

ya i looked at that - it was used as my whitepaper
o found that my $systemupdate is corrupted so it doesent show in xplorer360

btw write support 90% done

still dont know about the miindex issues tho
