IMO it's a bit generic and over done. What you've made is a solid piece however it's an over used effect. Rather than adding scan lines adding in some wave distort and other effects rather than just pixelation mixes things up big time. Keep at it tho.

The eye catching part of this for me was the Logo at the bottom. I love the glitch gif you have created.

This looks awesome! Personally I'd say the grid lines that appear would be a bit less visible but either way good job!
