I was gifted a Rosewill Cullinan (sorry if mislabeled) for Christmas last year and it spent the year in my closet still in the box. Now that I am working on filling it in part by part.

What I am currently working with: (All either in my possession or on their way)
MB: GIGABYTE GA-A320M-S2H
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1300x
Graphics Card: I honestly don't know, I got it in 2015 from a buddy. It has done me well in those years.
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G+
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM (+12 GB of older non-gaming based ram)
MEM: Samsung 860 QVO SSD 2TB (+2.5 TB HDD Space) (I use a lot of space)
Cooler: What came with my cpu

Things that I will get in the future:
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070
Game Capture: Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Cooler: Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

What do you all think of these choices? I am currently working within a budget or I would have everything already.

It all starts with a HDD.

Can I ask why you chose the RTX 1070? Other than ray-tracing and a little more advanced way of displaying a picture? The GTX 1080TI is around that price range, probably cheaper if you buy it used and it performs just as well if not better than an RTX 1070.

GTX 1080 TI's are in the range of 750 - 900 dollars used/renewed while the RTX 2070 is in the range of 500 - 600 dollars new.

Not bad specs if working to a budget, what will the PC be used for?

Gaming, recording, streaming, editing and then just an everyday computer.

In that case I can't see it being an issue spec wise, unless you're playing some uber powerful games

The most powerful game I'll play is siege every once in a while.

Things that I will get in the future:
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 (Link)
