Discussion Am I banned?

So I demo boosted right after I prestiged and shortly after I got suspended for 48hours, so two days later when I got home at 3am I signed onto xbox got on black ops and I was able to get on and I didn't get a reset, so I went to bed next day I wake up try to get on and I got an error saying I couldn't connect to the servers I didn't really have time to mess with it because I had to take the game back to blockbuster. Now I am asking is this a ban because I got the game for xmas and I'll be rather pissed if I'm banned and cant play, but why would they suspend me THEN ban me?

they most likely suspended you to keep you off for 48 hours, then that gave them time to look further into it, and they saw what you did, then hit you on the head with the banhammer

Yes, I think you are banned, because the same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
