I found a nice little glitch. I am not sure if this would work on PS4 (You can try it i guess.) It allows you to have an alert on gta and you will be able to decline it or accept it as many times as you like.
Steps:
1. Go onto any alert (the black screen alerts with the yellow title).
2. Click A and the xbox button at the exact same time.
3. Repeat step 2 for as many times, as you want extra pop ups. E.g. Do step 2, 3 times to be able to accept or decline it 3+(original 1) times = 4 times.
I think it might cap out at 5 accepts/declines. Experiment with it if you want.
