Spoiler: My CEO Building Method

REQUIREMENTS: Own A CEO Building + 1 CEO GARAGE

Step-1 Obviously be online
Step-2 Go up to your CEO Door (THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR NOT GARAGE DOOR)
Step-3 When prompted with where you want to go just ignore it & then plug your Micro USB into the controller or possible just use bands on your controller .

Spoiler: CCTV Method

REQUIREMENTS: Bunker WITH Upgrade Security - MC Business WITH Upgrade Security (if there is more tell me)

Step-1 Obviously be online
Step-2 Go to your Bunker or MC Business which has the Security upgrade on it
Step-3 Access the CCTV (acts like the TV Method which is listed below)

Enjoy Waiting For Police Or Other People

REQUIREMENTS: Own A Building With A TV (Apartment/CEO Building/Yacht)

Step-1 Obviously be online
Step-2 Head over to one of your buildings that has a TV
Step-3 Once inside, head towards a TV, turn the TV on & enjoy watching anime or Jack Howitzer

REQUIREMENTS: Secure Location Or Passive

Step-1 Obviously be online
Step-2 Go to the 'Map' where you can move around
Step-3 Get a band & put it around LT & somewhere on your controller where it will not move

Enjoy the benefits of map reading (for once the map is useful)

Spoiler: Anywhere AFK Method (NEED A BAND + USB)

Step-1 Obviously be online
Step-2 Be anywhere (u dont need to be paused)
Step-3 Tie a rubber band on your left trigger + making sure the micro USB is in your controller

Enjoy being AFK anywhere on the go.

Side-note: Watch out for idiotic pedestrians, Make sure to be in passive (helps a lot so you don't get killed) & make sure you are nowhere near an area where vehicles can kill you (cause you can be killed by vehicles)

Step-1 Obviously be in a public session (yes this time I'm changing it up)
Step-2 Let your controller time-out, then once it has timed out, you should have "We are R* blah friggin blah, you've been kicked"
Step-3 While still on that 'been kicked' screen, go to dashboard, join a friend & then you won't be kicked again

Why not just watch the tv if you're in your ceo office. Then you don't need to ruin your controller with rubber bands

P Piggehhh both methods need the USB or Rubbers. Also you'd access your CEO building faster via outsider unless your spawning straight away then AFKing (which I'd question why boot it up at-all?) but other then that.. That's all I can say towards it 
Either way you just need to keep your controller on ;p

You don't need your controller on if you're watching tv. (or cctv in bunker) as long as the view is set to as full screen as possible for the tv. I do it regularly to let stock build up

easiest way is to just lay ur controller face down with the analogue pushed up that way it will stay pushed forward by the surface.
