Hello.i have a theory to mod Xbox one games. So the Xbox one game save system is based on cloud game saves. The vantage tool works on anywhere play games because those games run on pc. Why not go on the Xbox 360 and make a mod tool that implies saves to Xbox one. Get it? Backward capability games. Example, on 360 you open black ops 2. You mod your profile. Then, you make a mod or tool that moves your cloud save on 360 to cloud saves on Xbox one. Maybe even add a mod menu to the game files on 360! Please look into my idea as it is possible. See ya soon!

Sorry. Forgot to add that after you mod you profile on Xbox 360, you load bo2 on Xbox 1 then it loads the cloud data from 360. Or, why not trick the cloud save server to be the 360 cloud save server. We have the xdk right in front of us why not explore possibilities. Why not just modify the xdk and get it to run on the Xbox 360 harddrive to allow bypasses and stuff.

Or hack the cloud save server and inject the files there?

Injecting a menu into the game files for bo2 won’t work as you don’t have the ability to go and modify the games yet and there isn’t a menu you can run without a modified console, unless you are given perms by somebody with one. The cloud servers are the same for xb1 backwards compatible as 360 because it is the 360 ones, it’s just a sandbox running Xbox 360. Also the xdk we are given access to is limited on what it can do, nobody has free reign and power for it

I'm not limiting games to just black ops 2. And why can't you mod the games offline in sandbox mode? And if it's just a sandbox running xbox 360, then that would get us a huge leap towards xbox one modding. Has anyone looked inside a xbox one? There might be a HANA chip or something.

Is the xbox one sdk like the xbox 360 sdk, like xbox 360 neighbor hood? If not, maybe it's there.

People have already gone through and tried multiple ways back and forth and the console still isn’t exploited lol. It’s not gonna be for awhile due to how complex the console is. Yes people have looked inside the console and the security for Xbox one is way more advanced and complex than 360. Just wait and the time will come for the console to be modded. There is a thread where people keep updates on their progress for Xbox one modding

. Wait. If vantage uses xbox one play anywhere games, why not just use a spoof tool to make the system think a game is a play anyhwere game, then you can mod it from there. Or make a version of the game that is play anywhere.

Because it’s not that simple. You can’t change the way the game is to a play anywhere title or spoof it and vantage used the title storage api to go and read/download the game saves which is patched now

Well, the Xbox one is basically running a version of windows 10 (correct me if I’m wrong).
So the PC is moddable. So look for exploits on windows 10. You might have been looking in the wrong place the whole time. Just, look into this.

They’ve looked in depth about this. It was one of the first ideas but the Xbox one is a sandbox’d Version of win10
