70 to 61 Please Help

Hi I was wondering how do I change my guns from 70 to 61 I tried hex editing them back, changing item grades, changing it in willow tree, nothing is working and its pissing me off, So if you know how please write a reply.

You should just have to open it in WT and change it there, that or hex edit. If that isn't working, not sure what the problem is. Post your save and I can look at it for you if you want.

K I tried changing it via WT it set all my guns to level 412k
