When I go to System settings, Memory, It shows up as USB Storage Device and when in Xexmenu, it doesn't even show up. :frown:
Anybody know why?

If you are using it as an internal drive, it should appear as "Unformatted". Format it and it will format it as FATX.
If external, then you need to format it to FAT32.

Otherwise, could be a bad drive.

When i clcik format it doesn't give me FAT32 as an option

My External Hard Drive is like yours.
When you see it in memory, it only shows 16 GB.
But, when you add stuff like games and rip the game, it uses the full 500 GB or whatever amount of space your hard drive has.
To make it look like a real Xbox 360 hard drive, you have to add partitions and, it's just way to complicated to do that.
