http://www.microcenter.com/product/413248/Core_i7_4770K_35GHz_Socket_LGA_1150_Boxed_Processor

So Microcenter has another great deal on the 4770k for $250. This is a pretty good price for this CPU and if you are building a PC or want to upgrade, you may want to consider it.

Also for anyone who doesn't have access to Microcenter, you can price check it else where. Check the link below to see a price check example for staples

Just for anyone interested. I work at my local microcenter and we are in no shortage of 4770k's. They are stacked up to the ceiling in our cages lol. This won't be gone as quickly compared to when they were $199.

You should get some and sell them in the BST section I think they would sell fairly quickly to those who don't live near a microcenter(like me) haha The price will still be cheaper as well

Four Cores and Eight Threads

Yup!!! 4 cores + 4 virtual cores = 8 threads

The Core i7-4770K's Hyper-Threading feature helps by creating four additional virtual cores for a total of eight threads
