Solved 360s console update fail, HELP! :(

My console is modded, I tried to update it using the file from the xbox official web. I plugged in my USB on the console with the system update in it & the console prompted me whether I want to update it or not. But as soon i pushed yes a system update fail popped on my screen. It says I can't update my console with a status code : 3151-3524-B600-0401-C000-0022.

I searched the web earlier & just realized that i should flash it back to stock before updating a modded console *died* What should I do to repair this? Help me

Re-flash back to stock, then do the update again, then re-flash to 2.0.

You've pretty much gotten yourself flagged possibly. If your doing this online.

How do I re-flash it back? I'm really really, I mean really really new in this. Sorry for the noob-ish question. Oh no, i have never been online with my console.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I'm currently stuck with the update failed screen even when I reboot the console several times. I even tried the sync button combo, & it's not working.
