Discussion 360 Profile Tool Help

I use 360 profile tool and it has all been working fine, I used Hash block calculator on the profile and now when i load my profile to the profile tool it says my profile 0 gamerscore and there is no games - but all my other profiles are fine.
Anyone got any ideas?

I have tried recovering account on live - format MU and still nothing.

Its beacuse of the update..
so your going to have to buy the profile tool..

but surely the update would only not show the new games I play after the update rather than moving the achievements to a different place....
mmm unless the new update has put the achievement under a new string or something so none can be viewed in profile tool

They are formatted differently. Pre update had periods between the ascii, post update doesn't. That is the only way I can explain it without going hex, lol.
