Unsolved 2 Quick questions

First off I don't appear online to any of my PS3 friends and my PS4 doesn't notify me when they are online or get off, I'm not sure if I set something up wrong or it's just not included with the PS4.

Second is there any way to disable those annoying little notifications that say the game has been verified?

It's not included in PS4: when you are on ps4 your friends on ps3 see you as offline and there is no notification about friends coming online
