is there anyway to do a 10th or 15th lobbie offline?

On ps3 you can do 10th and unlock all and for black ops you can do offline mods but only ps3, not xbox.

If you clear the title updates you can do multiplayer mods offline with a modded .GPD.

and you can mod black ops offline with a jtag js
