Okay guys this is a video tutorial I put together with the help of oCodxGodo.
Sorry about the quality guys, there was so much rendering and re-rendering cause I made it on my iPhone but you can watch it in HQ for some better picture.
Also guys sorry I wasn't able to finish the video but I don't check my NAND's when I dump 'em, but all I did was re-dump and re-write and it worked.

  3. DB25 25-way male plug

  7. Xbox opening tools
  8. 2 Switching Diodes 1N4148
  9. Exploitable Xbox
  10. Computer w/ LPT port
  11. Nandpro - MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
  12. Some Wire
  13. XBR - MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
  14. XeLL - No longer required, XBR has it.

You should add all programs you will need to do it and XBR or Freeboot. Add download links!

You forgot part 5, assuming there is one :tongue:

And yeah, xbins should suffice as a place to download all the necessary programs

Got all the bits and half the wires soldered. But am just being over cautious which way is the d25 pins in the diagram are we looking at the back (i.e. the side to solder to) or the front?

If you bought a solder head then in the video you can see that it back has little half moon shaped outlets for solder
