I looks like a decent deal to me. It has a Dedicated GFX Card, do it will do better than my $650 HP Envy. (Which does fairly decent)

You will be able to make a better desktop for a bit cheaper than that, but for a laptop, i'd say it's a good buy.

Don't go for laptaps go for desktops in case you need to upgrade in the future.

I think it's nice, but always try to build a desktop if you can. Save a ton of money.

I bought this same laptop a couple weeks ago, and I love it! I don't know if you already went ahead and purchased it, but I got it from this website for a bit cheaper: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ..._i7_4710hq_8gb_1tb_windows_864_15_6_dark.html

It can runs games pretty smoothly, thought the 2GB of vmem isn't much, but it'll do. It can run most older games very well, but newer games might have to be toned down a bit
