Batman: Arkham Knight for the PC has disappointed a lot of people, especially considering that the publishers, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, suspended the game on the Steam store to supposedly make improvements to the title. However, even after it was re-released on October 28th, the title is still filled with glitches and plagued with frame rate and freezing issues. As we all know, Steam now has a return policy, and if you're sick and tired of playing a broken game, then Warner Bros. is offering PC players quite the deal.
No matter how long you have played Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC for, Warner Bros. is offering a full return (including the "season pass" downloadable content) through the end of 2015. Speaking through the game's Steam page, Warner Bros. had the following to say:
“We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight,” says Warner. “We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.”
“Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately).”
“For those of you that hold onto the game, we are going to continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix.”
What does all this mean? Well, if you choose to hold onto the title instead of receiving a full refund, Warner Bros. plans on doing their best to fix the issues at hand. Now, whether or not they actually choose to fix these issues is beyond me. Although, if I owned this title on the PC, I would be taking advantage of this deal immediately.
