Kojima Productions are also in need of engineers to assist in the development of the next-gen game engine technology, for use with the FOX engine.

Hideo Kojima has revealed numerous pictures of the many upcoming games Kojima Productions has been working on. Project Ogre is one of the confirmed games, although it's unclear if the images released are related to it.
Accordingly, it will be open world.
