Thought you were going to be able to ignore Super Smash Bros. this time around? Think again. Nintendo has yet again thrown another curve ball and is about to drive an immeasurable amount of Nintendo fans crazy. Hold on to your horses, cause this is seriously about to blow your mind.

To celebrate the released of Super Smash Bros. for the Wii U and 3DS this October, Nintendo is going to have a sale running until the release of the game. You might be thinking: "Oh boy, another sale, blah blah". But you'd be wrong to think that, as this sale is a bit unique. Each week from now, until the game is officially released, Nintendo will be putting games on sale that feature characters from the new Smash Bros. game! At first glance this may not seem like a big deal, but after thinking about it for a second, you realize now that a lot of great games will potentially be up for grabs during the sale.

Each week for the next four weeks will have a different set of games on sale and available in the Nintendo Store. Now don't get too excited, these aren't going to be sales that make the game go 50% off retail price. They are just minor deductions from the original prices to support the release. Currently, only the game titles for the first week (this week) are currently up. However, the characters who's game(s) will be on sale have been displayed for everyone to see.
