Valve has announced their plans to integrate a Family Sharing plan for Steam Users. Anna Sweet, Valve's Business Development Manager, said that “Our customers have expressed a desire to share their digital games among friends and family members, just as current retail games, books, DVDs, and other physical media can be shared, Family Sharing was created in direct response to these user requests.”

As you might expect from the name, Family Sharing feature was designed to allow players to share their games with friends and family from authorized shared computers. Not only will they be able to play their own games, but they will also be able earn their own achievements and store their own saves on the Steam Cloud, which they will be able to access any time. Steam also says that 10 devices can be authorized one one account, however, only one person will be able to access the game library at a time.
