The first Modern Warfare 3 DLC was released to Xbox 360 gamers across the globe, who had a premium subscription for Call of Duty: Elite. However it hasn't been quite the same story for those who own a Playstation 3.
However, today Activision announced that the DLC drop for Playstation 3 gamers for Modern Warfare 3 will arrive on February 28th, nearly a month later. The DLC will contain the two current maps available for 360 users: Liberation and Piazza.
There hasn't been any final word as to when regular Call of Duty players will receive the downloadable content, but it shouldn't be too far away now. So for now only Call of Duty: Elite premium members have access to the new maps.
Unfortunately there hasn't been any announcement including news relating to a PC-release for the DLC, it is still undecided whether they will even be released or not. Further news regarding the latest content drop will be announced by Activision.
