Star Wars Battlefront, one of the best-selling Star Wars games in franchise history, came out a year ago next month. EA and DICE have steadily supported the game with new content, patches, and promotions, and fans may be happy to learn that those are not stopping.

In a blog post, Battlefront producer Paul Keslin announced that there will be a quadruple XP event offered November 18-20, where players can earn 4X the amount of XP that they normally would. During that same weekend, everyone can play all previously released Battlefront DLC--Outer Rim, Bespin, and Death Star--completely free.

Battlefront's fourth and final expansion, Rogue One: Scarif, comes out in December. It will feature content based on the upcoming movie, including a map on the tropical planet of Scarif, as well as Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic as playable characters. Rogue One comes out on December 16, though a release date for Rogue One: Scarif has not been announced. It's not the first Battlefront DLC based on a Star Wars movie, as the game's first add-on, Battle of Jakku, was based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

In other news about Battlefront, a $40 Ultimate Edition of the game containing the base game and all DLC is on the way. Additionally, Battlefront will be added to EA Access in the future.
