As a thank-you to players who have downloaded and played the upcoming game Overwatch, Blizzard has announced that it is extending the BETA until Tuesday, May 10. It was originally scheduled to go until May 9, however many players requested that it be extended another day through Twitter and other various social media platforms. In one tweet sent out by Overwatches' official Twitter page, it states "Winston politely requested the open beta be extended for another day, so we happily obliged!"

Overwatch is set to release on May 24 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC users. For those that don't know what this amazing game is, it is a first person shooter that uses heroes, with each hero having their own abilities and roles within a team. The game features squad-based combat, with players going against opposing teams of six players each. Currently, there are four different game modes that are set to release when the full game does, as well as several different characters with many diverse play-styles. For those that have yet to download the BETA, you may do so now, but you only have a limited time window to play. See you on the battlefield, heroes!
