MotoGP fans rejoice, another installment in the MotoGP series is set to be released on June 20th, 2014 for the platforms mentioned in the title (PS4, PS3, PSVita, PC and Xbox 360).

For those of you who are not familiar with the MotoGP series, here's a little information regarding the game. MotoGP is the game that all motorcycle racing enthusiast could ever want. Featuring a myriad of features and events that can be found in actual professional motorcycle racing. The game franchise itself focuses on having the player race through the World Championship, which consists of 18-series race through 13 different countries on four different continents. Like other games that attempt to capture a professional racing sport, MotoGP does a wonderful job doing so.

With the release of MotoGP 14, we can expect to see new features, and new races. According to Polygon, there are two new game modes called Time Attack and Real Events. Whilst reading about the new Real Events game mode, I was intrigued by how they put together the idea for such a feature. In Real Events MotoGP players will be able to relive various scenarios that occurred during the MotoGP Season for 2013. Interesting to say the least, we can probably expect to be able to partake in special races, or even play as special appearance racers in these scenarios. Last but not least, Grand Prix mode and World Championship mode are also available in the game, which will allow players to race as anyone they'd like to from older racers, to the most recent racers.

I've never personally been into the MotoGP series, as motorcycle racing has never been appealing to me. However, MotoGP 14 looks pretty amazing, and I can't wait to see some gameplay footage of the game when it's officially released later this month. Are any of you fellow sinners MotoGP fans? If so, are you looking forward to the new game? If not, do you think you'd be willing to pick up a new type of game? Let us know!
