Is Elite a possibility for previous titles?

Elite users were given access to 3 more content drops for Modern Warfare 3 this week: Black Box, Black Ice and Negotiator, but what if future drops were for games such as Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops or even World at War? According to BeachHead, it's a possibility that the Elite service can be fit into older titles, giving these games life once again. Noah Heller from Beachhead said they do not want to rule out previous titles from Elite but obviously newer titles will be prioritised at the moment. This will not only attract gamers to older titles once more, but it will also 'fill up' Infinity Ward's and BeachHead's wallets, leading some to believe that this will just be another money-making scheme, opposed to benefiting players.

Noah Heller stated "I don't think we will ever stop a title for some reason but we have to make sure we have enough features for our community present day instead of going to the past." This implies that if they decide to bring Elite to previous titles we would potentially see weapon packs, including the M40A3, the Call Of Duty 4 MP5 everyone wanted in Modern Warfare 2 and even more zombie maps in Black Ops. We would see Elite going in the direction we want it to. Elite still supports Black Ops with weekly operations, but that can easily evolve to content drops and tournaments like in Modern Warfare 3. Call of Duty: Elite seems to be going in the right direction and it is great to see that they haven't left previous titles and their users in the dust.
