Looks like Forza 6 will be seeing another expansion soon. In a rather surprising leak by Reddit user smakel101, a picture was posted showing the game add-on card. On the front, it shows the NASCAR logo, with the words "EXPANSION" right next to it. The pricing on the card was listed in the UK, suggesting the card was being held on display somewhere in the UK. On the back, it was listed as having twenty-four different cars from the NASCAR's current 2016 season, as well as a World Tour Career Mode. The mode would insert players in their NASCAR stock cars to race against a "huge variety of motorsport leagues". In addition to all of this, the Homestead-Miami Speedway would also be included. While the leak did indeed seem real, it has now been confirmed that this DLC will be hitting the shelves soon. A Microsoft rep told the website GameSpot that the DLC is indeed real and that more details will be coming soon.
Forza 6 already has a few popular NASCAR tracks, the Daytona International Speedway and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This addition would fully involve NASCAR within the Forza franchise, a combination that excites many racing fans and could have very positive effects within the community as a whole. The creative director at Turn 10 Studios, Dan Greenawalt, stated in an interview at Forza 6's launch that this would be "our most technically advanced racing simulation to date – offering a fun and realistic automotive experience for both car lovers and gamers." The game released back in September of last year, and has received nothing but positive reviews from gamers' and critics alike.
In other Forza related news, the beta for Forza Apex Edition released on Windows 10 PC's last week. This is the first ever Forza game that has been released on PC's, and it won't be the last. Phil Spencer already confirmed a month ago that all future Forza games will release for both consoles and PC's alike. With the newest expansion looming, it has players on edge waiting to see what all will be included with the monstrous DLC.
