Final Fantasy XV makes its long-awaited debut on PC in a little over month. To help players prepare for it, Square Enix has now shared a benchmark tool on its blog, giving you a chance to start optimizing your computer ahead of the game's release.

Final Fantasy XV is a beautiful, sprawling game, and those looking to pick up the Windows Edition will certainly need a capable rig to get the best experience, as you can see in the minimum and recommended specs for Final Fantasy XV. You can find the benchmark tool for your region at the following links:
Those planning on getting Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition can now pre-order the title on Steam, Origin, and the Microsoft Store, and you'll net a different pre-order bonus depending on which digital store you choose. Pre-ordering the title from Steam will get you the FFXV Fashion Collection, a pack of t-shirts for Noctis that grant different buffs. If you purchase the game on Origin, you'll receive the FFXV Decal Selection pack, which contains an assortment of decals for your car, the Regalia. Those who pre-order from the Microsoft Store, meanwhile, will get the FFXV Powerup Pack, which gets you the Dodanuki sword, 10 Phoenix Downs, and 10 Elixirs.

In addition to native 4K, HDR, and mod support, Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition comes with all of the DLC released for the PS4 and Xbox One versions thus far: Episode Gladiolus, Episode Prompto, and Episode Ignis, as well as the multiplayer Comrades expansion. It also boasts new content in the form of a new dungeon, extra boss fights, a first-person mode, and an added in-game vehicle, the Royal Vessel boat.

Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition releases on March 6. On the same day, Square Enix is releasing a Royal Edition of the game for PS4 and Xbox One. That package includes all of the additional content featured in the Windows Edition. Those who already own the base game on either console will be able to purchase a Royal Pack upgrade to get the additional content.
