Popular city-building game Cities: Skylines is now available on Xbox One, two years after its initial PC launch. The port costs US $40 / £32 / AU $52.45, and it includes both the base game and its night-based expansion After Dark. It does not include any of the game's other DLC, and it's unclear if those add-ons, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, and the upcoming Mass Transit will ever come to Xbox One. The game is also available physically in Europe, but other markets are only getting a digital release.

Cities: Skylines has sold well since its original release in 2015. After only a month, the game had passed a million copies sold, and publisher Paradox has stated it was "surprised" by the game's success.
