You may be wondering at this point why anyone would even want to play this game. Well, for the people who do play the game, they're in for a unique, real world experience. Thanks to a partnership between Sony Computer Entertainment and Jamendo, players of Big Fest will have access to all of the Indie music available on Jamendo. It may not seem like anything at first, but if you take a minute to re-read what I just wrote, you may just pick up on something. The songs that are in this game are real, however they're not from mainstream artists. They're from the unsigned Indie bands that majority of the world does not know about. With Big Fest doing this, the songs will get air time, the bands will gain fans, and they're all receiving an equal opportunity as exposure inside of the game. There couldn't be a better way to bring music lovers closer to new music and keep everyone happy.

Also, you'll be able to track how successful you are using the Vibe Meter. Now just like in real world concerts, you can visit other players concerts to have fun....or to ruin it for them. Hey, don't get upset now, I did say it was bringing a real world experience to gaming! With other gamers able to visit your concerts, you can raise your Vibe Meter even faster or alternatively, lower another player's rep. According to Polygon, other players will be able to visit your concert and prank you and/or destroy your speakers. Which does add some playful mischief to the game, which we all love.
Big Fest is going to be a free-to-play title available for the PlayStation Vita later this year. It will, like most games, have in-game purchase options for unlocking items and progressing faster than the less financially fortunate gamers. I personally think this game sounds pretty cool. If I was more of a music tycoon, I would definitely take a look at this game, and possibly play with other Se7enSins community members...maybe crash a few parties. What do you guys think?
